Are your stones and natural materials identical to the photos?
No two natural materials are exactly alike. Color, pattern, translucency, inclusions, grain, and surface character can vary slightly from the photography. These variations are part of the material rather than manufacturing defects.
How do I choose a bracelet size?
Choose the wrist-size option shown on the product page. For the most comfortable fit, measure around the wrist where you normally wear a bracelet and select the closest available size. If you are between sizes, contact us before ordering.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes. Where available, use the gift-note field on the product page before adding the item to your gift bag. Your message will be associated with that item in the order.
Will I receive tracking information?
When a tracked service is used, tracking information is sent after the order is fulfilled. You can also follow the order from the order-status link in your confirmation or shipping email.
Do international orders include duties and taxes?
Import duties, VAT, sales taxes, and customs charges depend on the destination. Unless checkout explicitly states that duties and taxes are included, the recipient may be responsible for charges assessed by the destination country.
How do returns work?
Return eligibility, timing, and exclusions are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review that policy before returning an item and contact us first if you need help with an order.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Keep pieces away from prolonged water exposure, perfume, cosmetics, household chemicals, and hard impact. Wipe gently after wear and store separately in a dry place.
