Are your stones and natural materials identical to the photos?
No two natural materials are exactly alike. Color, pattern, translucency, inclusions, grain, and surface character can vary slightly from the photography. These variations are part of the material rather than manufacturing defects.
How should I care for cinnabar, natural stone, jade, and metal components?
Keep pieces dry, put fragrance and cosmetics on before jewelry, avoid hard impact, clean with a soft cloth, and store separately. Cinnabar / 朱砂 should receive especially gentle handling and should be kept away from prolonged water, perfume, alcohol, acids, and abrasive materials.
