Shipping estimates
Available shipping methods and charges are shown during checkout based on the delivery address. International delivery can be affected by customs, local carriers, public holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we send the tracking number or tracking link after fulfillment. Use your order-status page for the latest information supplied by the carrier.
Duties & taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, sales taxes, brokerage, or import fees. Unless checkout explicitly states that these charges are included, they may be collected from the recipient by the carrier or local authority.
Delivery address
Please review the shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
